You can add new links to your Resource Page right from the Resource Dashboard!
To get started first click on the + button from the menu
You will then see a pop-up with two options
Add Existing Resource - Add an already created tile to panel
Create New Resource - Create a New Tile
You will be taken to the Resource Create screen where you can fill out the information for your new tile.
1. Name your resource
2. Add a category you would like to the tile. How To Create a Category
3. Choose Link as the Type
4. Add a Link - Make sure to have https:// at the start of the URL for your link address.
5. Add a photo
Next you will choose which Panel this tile will show up on.
There are also options to help your agents know what each button is used for.
Button Label Text will add a banner in the top left of the tile
Tool Tips will add a text box over the tile when a user hovers over the tile
Creating Categories
You can organize your tiles by categories
To create a new category first click on your image in the top right of the screen, then click App Settings
You will see sections on the right to choose, scroll down to Resources then choose Categories
Click on the + to create a new Category
Once you have created the Category you will then see it as option in resources.
