What if an SSO doesn’t work?
You may click on a Resource and get an error message.
You will first want to make sure that you have an account for the SSO that you are clicking on. If you do have an account you should reach out to support for help.
You will first want to reach out to your MLS or Association and report the error to their team.
Screenshots and/or videos are a great help when these types of errors occur.
You can also share the URL where you are seeing the error.
Once you have provided this information to your MLS or Association they will update you on a resolution for the error.
